At Feel22, we want you to be completely satisfied with your beauty haul, which is why we offer a flexible return policy for unopened and unused products within 15 days of delivery. Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened or tested.

  Once approved, our courier partner will visit your location to collect the items; please have the package ready for inspection.

  After our quality control team verifies the returned goods, we will issue your refund as store credit or via the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
